Bookings and Services
  1.1 1 A booking will be deemed to be complete once a confirmation email has been sent, or if made by phone, by the operator confirming. At this point, all terms and conditions are deemed to have been accepted..
  1.2 Bookings taken on behalf of a third-party supplier are subject to the terms and conditions of the service provider.
  1.3 Bookings through the Sure Parking website are deemed to be made when validated by the issue of a confirmation and a reference number.
  1.4 All services and promotions are subject to availability.
Prices and payments
  2.1 All prices are quoted in the UK pounds sterling including VAT. It will be the price confirmed at the time of making your booking no matter what prices we may quote elsewhere or in any promotional offer.
  2.2 Full payment of the booked service is due prior to commencement of the service..
  2.3 Extra days of parking due to flight delays or any other cause will be chargeable at the rate in force at the time, and payment collected prior to the return of the vehicle. New day’s charge starts from 00:01 (1 minute past midnight)..
Cancellation and Curtailment
  3.1 The following cancellations policy only applies to the bookings made directly with the sure parking Ltd by the customer. Bookings made through booking agents must be cancelled directly with the booking agents and are subject to the terms and conditions of the individual booking agent.
  3.2 All cancellations must be made in writing by email to info@sureparking.co.uk. All refunds will be made within 14 days of cancellation.
  3.3 If you fail to cancel a booking and the booking start time has passed no cancellation will be allowed. Once a booking has commenced, the length of booking cannot be cancelled if the stay is curtailed, no credit/refund will be available for the curtailed stay.
  3.4 SURE PARKING LTD’s standard refunds policy as below.
         a) Cancellations before 48 hours to the start of the contract - £10.00.
         b) Cancellations within 48 to 24 hours to the start of the contract - 50% of the total contract value.
         c) Cancellations within 24 hours to the start of the contract - no refund.
Liabilities, Exclusion and Limits of Our responsibilities
  4.1 Our road risk insurance cover your vehicle whilst your vehicle is being driven by our driver. Vehicles and contents are left at owners’ risk whilst your car is parked except where our employees have acted negligently or without reasonable care and skill.
  4.2 No liability for loss or damage to your vehicle including alarms, immobilisers, glass, flat batteries, tyres, windscreens including cracks and chips, mechanical and structural failures will be considered unless our employees have acted negligently or without reasonable care and skill.
  4.3 All claims for damage should be reported before leaving the airport, whilst your vehicle remains within our care and control. You should make sure you check your vehicle before leaving the airport and report details of any damage to the driver.
  4.4 Photo images are normally taken of your vehicle on passing over. This is executed in good faith for the mutual benefit of both parties to establish existing damage (if any) on the vehicle if weather conditions and cleanliness permit. Minor damage (scuffs, scratches, stone chips including alloy wheels) will not normally be recorded and accordingly Sure Parking Ltd will not accept liability for such damage unless our employees have acted negligently or without reasonable care and skill. Any chips/dents or marks smaller than the diameter of a pound coin are considered the result of normal driving road conditions and will not be considered in a claim.
  4.5 We cannot be held responsible for bird poo, dust, pollen, and rain as your cars will be kept in open Car Park spaces.
  4.6 We will keep the vehicle in one of our car parks. You agree to us driving your vehicle within and between car parks. During the movement of your vehicle other staff might be present, in the vehicle, for training and observation purposes.
  4.7 We accept no liability for any faulty car keys, alarm fobs, house or other keys left on the key ring unless our employees have acted negligently or without reasonable care and skill. You must ensure you leave the drivers with the right keys, alarm fobs and instructions to start your vehicle and any consequential losses we incur as a result of failure to do so will be payable in full by you.
Customer responsibilities
  5.1 You must make sure that, at the beginning and end of the parking period, the vehicle is in a legal and roadworthy condition for driving on public roads. You must not leave any dangerous, toxic, or illegal substances in the vehicle. You will be held liable for any fines, liabilities, and consequential loss we incur from a failure to do this. Sure Parking reserves the right to refuse your vehicle on the day and no refund will be given.
  5.2 You must let us know about any vehicle immobiliser, automatic security feature or modification to the vehicle (including any for disabled use) that might affect how it handles or operates.
  5.3 You must check the driver's seat and the mirror positions (which may have been moved) when you reclaim the vehicle.
  5.4 The customer warrants that he is the owner of the vehicle or has the power to deal with the vehicle as if he were its owner.
  5.5 If at the end of the parking period the vehicle will not start, we may attempt to start the vehicle using an anti-surge starter pack. If you don't want us to do this, you'll need to tell us.
  5.6 You must make sure that, upon handing your vehicle to us, you leave enough fuel/charge in your vehicle for our employee to drive it from the airport to our carpark and back to the Airport. Failing to do so may incur recovery charges.
  5.6 Upon presenting the vehicle to the sure driver, the client must ensure that the followings: (paragraphs 1, 2, 3 & 4) are carried out:
1.Ensure that all vehicle windows are securely closed.
2.That all removable personal possessions are removed from the vehicle.
3.That only the keys to the ignition are entrusted to the sure driver and other items are removed from the key.
4.That all the recording equipment installed in your vehicle is switched off. Due to the privacy of other clients and security of our parking areas we do not allow recording devices into our car parks.
Reclaiming the vehicle and lost receipts
  6.1 You must produce the receipt or ticket we have provided when you reclaim the vehicle. If you lose the receipt, or ticket, we will need proof of your and the vehicle owner's identity and we may make other enquiries we think are reasonable. Failure to produce the receipt or ticket may delay your departure.
  7.1 If you have a disability and need special assistance, please let us know when you make your booking.
  7.2 If any provision of these terms is found by any court to be wholly or partly illegal, invalid, or unenforceable, unfair, or unreasonable then it shall be deemed severable from the remaining provisions which will continue in full force and effect.
  7.3 Our drivers and other staff do not consent to being filmed, recorded, or photographed on any media without the express written prior consent.
