What is Sure Parking?
Ans : Sure Parking is a professional valet meet and greet service at Gatwick Airport. Once you have booked with us, you just simply turn up at the airport terminal, leave your car with one of our representatives and straight walk to the check in counters. On your return, you will be met with your car outside the terminal. It’s quick, easy and hassle free.
     
     
Who will meet me at the Airport?
Ans : A member of our staff will be at the airport on your pre-arranged time. All of our staff members wear full company uniform and carry company ID passes.
     
     
Are your drivers insured to drive my car?
Ans : Yes, Sure Parking driver’s are fully insured to drive your vehicle. Our drivers are carefully selected through a vigorous selection process, vetted and trained to ensure the safe transfer of your vehicle.
     
     
Where will my car be parked?
Ans : Sure Parking will use our off airport secure compound to store your vehicle. We have 24 hour CCTV, security metal fencing, security lights. Our compound have no public right of way and it’s not shared with any other meet and greet company.
     
     
Do I need to book in advance?
Ans : In order to guarantee your parking space it is advisable to book in advance. Last minute bookings will be accepted but spaces cannot be guaranteed. If you have a last minute booking you will be able to book your airport parking with us by calling +44 (0)1293 823 143 or 07855 551 177 (subject to availability).
     
     
Can I change my return date?
Ans : Please call us to make the change If you do not inform us of your new return date we will not be able to return your car promptly and you will incur extra charges for us having to return your car to the airport twice.
     
     
Can I set up an account?
Ans : We do offer company accounts for regular Business users. Please contact us for more details.
     
     
Can I make any special requests?
Ans : Special requests can be made, we will try our very best to assist you in anyway. Alternatively, when booking online, you can specify any special requests in the space provided. We are a practical company, eager and interested to fulfil your requirements.
     
     
Does Sure Parking offer a Car Clean (Valeting) Service?
Ans : We offer 3 types of professional, Car clean (Valeting) Service; Bronze, Silver and Gold Service. You can book it while booking your car on our website or just ask your driver when you depart.
     
     
Can I Cancel a Booking?
Ans : Yes, please give at least 48 hours notice. This can be done by calling us on +44 (0)1293 823 143 Please allow 21 days for refund processing. A small administration charge will be deducted from your refund. Refund charges should not exceed £6.00 up to 2 days in advance, however will be 50% of the parking fee if less than 48 hours notice is given. What if my flight is delayed or re-directed?
Ans : We will be aware of any delays or flight cancellations that may affect collection of your vehicle. We are a 24/7 company, we will be able to return your vehicle at any time. However, it is always best to call us to notify of any significant changes. Contact details will be found on your confirmation sheet and on this website.
